Diamond America’s directional packers feature tolerances of .005/-.005 with a max gap between the packer and hopper side wall of .015/side. By maintaining a tight tolerance, materials are pulled off the wall and moved towards the auger that eliminates stagnation and clogged dies.

I notice that the top part of the extrusion is faster than the bottom part. No good for uniform weights for dog chews. Our clients desire dog chews in the range of 3.9g to 4.4g. I work for Precision Science in Phoenix, AZ.
